The Federal Acquisition Service of the General Services Administration (GSA) on behalf of the U. S. Army Europe (USAREUR) intends to issue a Request for Proposal to acquire cost-effective, theater-wide Cyber-Security (CS) Training and Information Technology (IT) training for all the U.S. Army Europe and all DoD activities geographically dispersed across the USAREUR Area of Responsibility (AOR).
The training is in support of the USAREUR – Information Technology Training (AE-ITT) Program to enable the U.S. military to develop and maintain a skilled competent and certified Cyber Security professional workforce. The AE-ITT program consists of two training areas. First, Information Technology Training Program (ITTP), which includes commercially available, DoD-specific, and Career Program (CP) 34 Career Developmental Training courses. Second, Cybersecurity Training Program (CSTP), which includes commercially available courses and industry-standard certifications that map to the Army’s Cybersecurity requirements under Cyberspace Workforce Management DoDD 8140.01 and applicable Army Regulations.
The Government intends to issue a competitively awarded combination Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Time and Materials (T&M)/Cost Reimbursement type contract with an estimated period of performance includes a twelve-month base period and four (4) twelve-month renewable options.
Base Period is anticipated to begin 10 August 2023.
Performance of services under this contract will be Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
